This document explains how Robosize LTD ("the App", "we", "us", "the company") collections, stores, processes, and shares your personal information ("Personal Data") and shop data ("Shop Data"). We provide online sizing and fit recommendation for wearable products "the Service" to businesses including merchants who use Shopify to power their stores.

2. Personal Information the App Collects
2.1 Shop Data collected
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shop Data:- Read list of products (includes collections)
- Read list of orders
- Read and write Shopify Theme files
- Read and write Content Scripts
- Read basic shop information (email, owner's name)
2.2 Customer data collected from website visitors
Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App: Information about individuals who visit your store, such as:- IP Address
- Web browser details
- Time zone (region)
- Sizing information including (height, weight, age, body shape)
3. Use of Data
We use the collected data for various purposes:- To provide size and fit recommendations based on your Fit Data
- Communicate with you regarding changes to our Service or to provide support
- Optimize or improve the app
- Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- To test and monitor the usage of the Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
- To investigate, report and contact in the event of an incident or accident of security
4. Cookies
We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
